Tips for Ordering
• All our items are individually handmade, therefore the designs may vary slightly. This will not detract from the style or standard of the product.
• There is no need to place your whole stationery order at once, details of your menu inserts and order of service can be provided at a later date as they are often not finalised until well after your invitations have been sent.
• There is no minimum order so do not worry if you find you have not ordered enough as you can make additions at a later date. Also the price per card decreases in price depending on the quantity you order. (Please see our price list for details)
• Each design comes as a complete range - Day Invitations, Night Invitations, Order of Service, Menus, Placecards, Thankyous, RSVPs, Favour boxes, Photo Albums, Guestbooks, Table Plans and Table Names/Numbers. You may not want to order everything but they are available if you do.
TIMESCALES
Please allow 6-8 weeks for us to complete your order, although we will do our upmost to honour any time-limits however demanding.
SAMPLE SERVICE
We are more than happy to send samples of or work or samples made to your specification, however, due to overwhelming interest, with regret we have had to discontinue our free sample service. All samples are charged at £3.00 each including postage and packaging, however, this charge will be deducted from your balance if you choose to place an order with us. Alternatively Sample Packs (consisting of an Invitation, Order of Service, Menu, Thankyou and Place Card in one design) can be purchased at £10.00 per pack.
PROOFS
Once we receive your order we will send you a letter of confirmation followed by a proof. You will be sent full samples of all your stationery so that you can approve the design and colour as well as the wording. When you have thoroughly checked your proofs and made any necessary amendments you will need to sign and return them to us. When your order is ready for dispatch you will be sent a final invoice. As soon as payment has been received in full, your order will be sent to you.

DELIVERY
Local orders will be delivered free of charge (or can be collected). For postal orders, goods are sent using Citylink courier service at a cost of £10 per dispatch. We will contact you beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery day.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order. The balance will be payable before your order is dispatched. If an order is cancelled you must pay for all work done that exceeds the 50% deposit. Any alterations that need to be made as a result of negligent proof reading by the client will be charged accordingly. we accept no responsibility for loss or damage once goods are dispatched.
